As we were all busy looking for jobs, preparing for S's birthday, we had sorta mini celebration for S on a saturday night, as 2 of us couldn't make it for his prepared party. So we went down to the Vivo City and had a celebration over there.

The cake was awesome, the tiramisu cake from Bakers' Inn is probably one of the best tiramusu cakes u can find. The S dropped off, but still, you can probably tell who is the birthday boy right?

This should gives you a better view. Nice cake.
We had our mini celebration/meal/dinner at this awesome restaurant namely 'The Mussels Guys', sounds man, sounds cool, but their signature dishes are definitely mussels.
Creamy mussels, damn nice!

Sirloin steak with prawn.

This was what I ordered. I was rather satisfied with this meal as it was delicious!

This is definitely a WOW!
Yes, that's about all for The Mussels Guys at Vivo City. Let me do a short review.

:: Overall :: Due to the large number of tables and chairs, I wouldn't recommend this place to be a place for couples, but it is definitely suitable for group of friends. The whole restaurant is facing the sea as well as Sentosa, giving you a superb view of the scenery. A wonderful sight. The food served here is rather good in quality, maybe they could improve more on their service since it's only satisfactory. No harm trying out this restaurant :) ::
After dinner, we head towards Resorts World Sentosa through the Boardwalk. If you had followed my previous blog posts before, I have shown you some pictures of it. Now I'm gonna show you more of it :)

I kinda like this photo, the lightings and everything blends together. Wonderful.

Nice.
Ok, we headed towards the Waterfront to watch this awesome crane show. You heard it right - awesome. I didn't know I could be so impressed with such performances before. You should go and watch it when you are free.

Some pictures of it.

闪闪发亮!

This picture depicts a damn perfect shot!!!

Woohoo, they kissed.
Thats basically all for saturday night. Jealous?
Next, sunday was normal, now we talk about monday.
The monday's plan was kind of impromptu, as we just couldn't fix any day to celebrate P's birthday except monday. So we came out to celebrate his bday. He planned Timbre.
Nice atmosphere.

While waiting for the live band to start, monopoly deal was a must!

Triple Mushroom Pizza! Can't really tell it was triple mushrooms though. 3 mushrooms maybe?

Hawaiian Pizza!
Funny enough, when we got the people to carry out the cake with the candles put on, they seriously went to put every candle on the cake.

And P was 45 years old for the night. Have they no brains? Where the hell do they see a 45 year old in our clique? But still, it does signify that we are celebrating the birthday of the oldest :). The live band even read out our dedication and sing birthday song for him. The atmosphere was a quite a nice thing to take note.

Yea, we had a whole load of fun!

:: Overall :: A chilling-out place, not really a place for dinner. This place is basically a place for a drink and meet ups. Couples are suitable, of cus groups of friends too. Food was okay but kinda overpriced. Service was rather bullshit as we were rather unsatisfied with it. While P was cutting the cake halfway, this waitress kept asking for him to settle the bill. Lodged a complaint with the manager but still no proper apology was made. Quite disappointed though.
That's about it. How did you spend your weekends?
